In my transition from baseball to softball, I found that the best way to look at a softball swing was to try to make it as long as possible, compared to a short baseball swing.
Doh your right. Dyslexic momment. It's fixed now. But still do the batting tee deal. Hard to believe I got a national championship ring with advice like that LOL

What class? I played pretty serious tournament ball a few summers ago and we made it to Worlds- came in like 45th or something like that. I think it was in the USSSA org, D ball.... they take that shit too serious for me though, so now I just play summer league ball once a week.

When I lived in the States I played up to Class A with the CoorsLight/Hooters boys. But we started playing Class D and kept moving up. Now I just play D mostly. More fun, less steroids

I hear that. I was asked to move up to C and then B, but like I said- even the D guys were way too serious for me. Traveling every weekend when I could be hiking/biking/skiing just doesn't sound all that great.

Yes I know. I only play local or go to tourneys that are within 100 miles of where I live.

I still go back to the states to play with the guys I won so much with for 3 big festival OPEN tourneys a year.

    WXKE/Hooters Classic in Ft Wayne
    Bud-A in Toledo
    Memorial

Would like to win another of one these this summer

I got trapped robbed of a HR last night in the bottom of the 9th. 325 fence with a 25' high net fence that goes around the field above the chainlink fence so balls don't go into the river. I had runners on 1st and 3rd with two outs. We were down by 3 runs. I smoked a laserbeam strait away center field. Yan the RC fielder trapped the ball on the net fence and they still called it a catch. We got a good laugh out of it because it was so obvious what he did and the umpire still called me out. ;p
