I'm going to start going home to poop. It would be a good reason to get out of the office once in a while.

One of my students in my first period Economics class is discussing their bed-time activities last night quite loudly as I type this...

Poor girl, from that to understanding and calculating/prooving the difference between nominal and real data...

I just downloaded a song called "The Storm" by Rob Dickinson. It's a good tune... good for skiing. You should check it out.

Oh, did I mention I am going cat skiing next season?

If Snapper would give us some new material, I might be good.

The pepper shaker trick? I feel embarrassed for asking...

I liked Joust, back in the day...
Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown
And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.

I do prefer the Arcade machine with only the left/right joystick and the flap button. Two player was awesome (if you had a good partner.) This was by far my favorite game back in the day, with Choplifter a distant second.

    so
I was playing guitar hero last night.
And noticed that the Xbox 360 controller for Guitar Hero II looks almost IDENTICAL to a bass guitar that John Entwistle of The Who used to play back in the day....
