Climate change. It has been with this planet since the dawn of time. There has been a multitude of climatic change both up and down throughout the planets life. This is not the first upward trend nor the last. You can remove every man, woman, car, and industry from this planet and you will still have CLIMATE CHANGE! The Earth is a very dynamic place, hardly static. Remember the '70's, here is a link to an article in Time(June 24, 1974):

, scientist speculate the possibility of another ICE AGE. NOAA cannot even get 7 day forecast correct, what makes me think they know what our average temp. will be in the year 2100 and beyond. 900AD Greenland was 1 degree warmer than today when the vikings landed there, it was lush landscape they were able to live in, WHY? Did the Vikings have large SUV's, factories polluting the air, jumbo jets. NO, it was simple climate change.

Ah, thanks for clearing it all up. You should contact the BBC and all of the scientists that decided that Humans are effecting climate change. I think if you tell them that since there was an ice age before then we shouldn't worry they should be all good. You should probably have been heading up the IOPC because clearly you understand the topic better than all of the leading scientists that came to that conclusion. Thank you so much....I'm off to buy a H3! Phew!

The 70's Ice Age Scare kicked ass. Maybe it'll come back in ten or twenty years.

If "geez" is just a shortened form of "Jesus", shouldn't it be spelled "jeez"??

He's too busy being a whiney little cunt in the obviously NSR threads. I'm still not sure why, but it seems to gratify him.

Jer, If you actually, truly care about skiing, this is a VERY salient post.

Maybe you can't connect the dots.

    Maybe you are intellectually incapable.

    Maybe you have been brainwashed.

Watch today's news, any channel/type that you trust.

If this isn't the MOST important thread in regards to skiing on the forum today, I can't imaging what would be.

Or maybe you want the glib satisfaction of posting

'Let's have a moment of silence for skiing".

    Boy, wouldn't that be ironic?

Here's the original post, douchebag. Emphasis added by me. I believe in climate change. I also think the Human Race, as a whole, needs to stop shitting in their own cage.

BUT I don't buy in lock, stock and barrel to the Al Gore/Mass Hysteria trend. Douchebag thread, started by a douchebag.
