Was it Cisco? I thought it was someone else... regardless, whoever it was had bought a smaller company that had a product called the iPhone. Apparently Apple and this company were in talks for two years (?) about the name, but Apple went ahead and said screw it.

All that matters is they own the name.
It could be fanny fucking farmer that had "iphone" and apple would still have to start tossing salad.

Can anyone clarify if this will have ActiveSync with Exchange/Outlook? I hear it runs full OSX, so shouldn't there be custom software to do it? Yahoo is useless, they need Outlook support if they want corporate ppl to buy.

Don't think it will, since they just stated it A. won't run any 3rd party apps and B. they didn't announce office support, which they would have.
