    Janet's Cabin

Anyone ever been to Janet's Cabin? It's one of the 10th MD Huts near Copper Mtn. in CO. I went there last March and had a fucking AMAZING three day trip. Just wondering if anyone else has been there.

Have you skied Sugarloaf Peak? It's a couple-hours skin just above the Cabin and to the right. There's that whole ridge-line up there with great possibilities. Sugarloaf is like a little bump in the ridge-line.

Yeah, go to telemarktips. Please. They have real information there. And their ears are sympathetic. And they even understand when you tell them your height in CMs and your weight in kilos. That stuff makes my head hurt.

What I want to know is how many people know Mike Zobbe (aka hutguy). That dude is pretty cool - we should turn him into a maggot. Part of the grand ttips exodus. Hehe.

It would be nice to see Hutguy chime in over here, He's a good guy and knows alot about the backcountry.

Secondly. Lose the Fark Owls!! They are not funny there and they are even more not-funny here!

    Yes, I know Mike.

Yes, it would be GREAT to have Mike's wise and sage advice here on TGR.

As for the TTips exodus, you mayybe right......

Howsabout you do a little lurking, read the welcome wagon, post some stoke, and then we chat.

    In that order.

These forums are sometimes awesome. Great stoke, good info, great deals and swaps.

But, then, there are times where you all look like a bunch of douchebags.

For Example, I know a different Janet's Cabin in New England. Homeboy saying something about where it is geographically doesn't make him less hardcore than you.

    SheRa and others:

Your post count has NOTHING to do with how experienced of a skier or mountaineer you are. Rose could be Scott Schmidt (either of them) or he could be your little sister...

Why don't you ask before you all start being dicks?

Dude, this is not the place for friendly chat.

Find somewhere a little less pretentious for that.
