Blatant SPAM - Denver housing related

I just got word from both of my current tenants at my old house in Denver that they won't be renewing on Jan 1. One is getting hitched and buying a house the other is going back to school.

Anywho, I figured it would be stupid for me not to post about the places given how many people on this board come and go from Denver. I've never posted a rental on here before, but maybe it might be what someone is looking for...and it's always cool knowing who's in your place. I'm in Denver enough that crash space would rule.

Both places become available on Jan 1st of 2007. Both are sick style wise (stainless applianes, wood floors, exposed brick, stone, basically they fucking rock. I can't lie.)

Super cheap cab fare to and from the bars in LoDo. Walking distance to the newer bars in the warehouse (quickly becoming lofts) district like The Walnut Room. One place has 3 bedrooms and goes for $1500. The other has 2 bedrooms and goes for $1000. So in other words...$500 a room. The 3 bedroom comes with a large 2 car garage with openers. The 2 bedroom comes with fenced in off street parking for 2-3 cars.

Here are links for photos of the interiors:

Post or PM if you're interested. I know for fact that these places will get you laid, because the guy getting married has a pregnant girlfriend.

That guy has given me all kinds of internet anonymity and I appreciate that. I've basically disappeared from all search engines unless you really know how to find me.

Unfortunately right now I live in Blandville, USA. We had a weekend to pick a house and the wife said no remodels with the baby (rightly so). So now I'm in the burbs with a 2-year old home.

Well I typically wouldn't post my exact house address online so I won't give the street name here ...but you're right. I should definitely mention more about the area. This isn't the burbs. You are downtown. This is near the Curtis Park area so there are lots of cool old victorian homes, but there are also lots of shit holes waiting to be renovated and there are also the people who don't mind living in shit holes. But there are also tons of kick ass lofts 4 blocks west, 3 blocks north, 1 block east, new townhouses 1 block west. There's even a brand new house just 1 house away.

Every year the ratio of good homes to bad homes gets better, but there are still plenty of crappy places in the area. Obviously if these houses were in Cherry Creek and looked like this they'd rent for close to double this price tag. You get what you pay for. You could rent a shit hole in Cherry creek for this price or you could rent a pimp place in a less trendy neighborhood.

Glad I didn't venture guesses then. Makes sense. So let's just say it's not as close to the tracks as I thought it was then, and they are remodeled houses as opposed to remodeled warehouses?

J- if by some odd chance you don't get the 3 bedroom rented out by April, let me know as that is when I would be looking to finally move out of the burbs and get closer to town.
