Yeah, I’m more like once a week to ten days with about one and a half or two grams, just enough to roll, not enough to get the fear on the first big wave. The feeling of coming down after about four hours is like a warm embrace. It’s such a mellow feel.

Few more tips:
Soak them for 15-20 minutes.
Best to grind them up.
Supposedly Fresh lemon juice is better, I just use the stuff from the bottle.
Lime juice also works and is more palatable for me anyway.
Add water before drinking to make it a little easier to drink and digest.

So I got 3 small packets of shrooms to flesh out the microdose order for free shipping like i would do with bike parts or anything

except I was not sure how much SO I got pretty high on half a 3.5g envelope off Mazatapec

later on I figured out by trial and error 1/8th of that package seemed to work fine for me

Don't worry buddy, we got you. From my reading it sounds like got to chop up the appropriate amount as finely as possible and put it in my tea strainer. Then cover that up with fresh lemon juice and let it sit for 20 minutes. Then for me I'm going to put an equal amount of tea on top of it and away I'll go. I was talking to my son-in-law today and he informed me I got me a quarter not an eight, so I probably had one and a half grams. The shit was good so I can go wee bit less next time. I got a scale the one gram is what I'm shooting for next time.

Ya know, its funny about lemontek. I had never heard that term before. However, i recently became acquainted with the method in a different context. A tahini sauce recipe that i like calls for soaking the minced crushed garlic in the lemon juice for 10 minutes, straining, and discarding the garlic. It really makes a nice sauce that has tge right amount of garlic immediately and isnt eventually overpowering when you eat it as leftovers. Ive since used that method for a lot of dishes and I often throw the strained bits in something else because there's still plenty of flavor left. This begs the question, if you strain the boomers out, do they still have some decent level of bang left?
