Now confirmed the Trump admin halted weapons systems already on their way to Ukraine and in Poland. Yesterday's announcement was apparently preceded by Trump telling Putin, one the few people he told. The Kremlin released a statement praising the decision which shocked Ukraine, then Europe was in shock, and now U.S. Congress in shock.

So far this year the Trump admin has:

– Eased sanctions on arms dealers and Russian affiliated banks
– Weakened US sanctions enforcement
– Opposed oil price cap at G7 meeting
– Stopped Ukraine aid approved by Congress

Before anyone says these weapons are needed for the U.S. military here's the Pentagon saying it has everything it needs, there is no shortage of weapons:
