^Cono when you say treasuries are going to get whacked, are you saying that the increase in new bond issuances within the Eurozone will cause rates to go up there which will inturn cause more capital to flow to Europe and the second order effect will be that US bond yeilds go up?

Tariffs are on! Market goes down. Tariffs are off! Market goes up. Does anyone else think this shit is intentional and they learned the first term they could reliably affect the market with statements? You'll never convince me there isn't someone behind the scenes making money with the chaos.

Bolton, who served under Trump for 17 months, described his former boss as uninterested in the complexities of international relations, stating, "He doesn't know much about foreign policy. He's not a big reader... briefing papers are almost never read because he doesn't think they're important." He criticized Trump's decision-making process as guided by "neuron flashes" rather than coherent strategy, adding that "intellectual discipline wasn't in the Trump vocabulary."

Yesterdays trump tariff rally was short lived.

Yes, they are running the same playbook with altcoins in crypto. Tell the world the US is going to buy random alt coins as a strategic reserve, alt coins pop. Mention BTC and ETH as well- they pop. The insiders are taking out huge leverage in advance of the announcements.

And the Trump and Melania coins are a method for funneling bribe money directly to the Trump family.

...and just like that the market is back to the pre-election valuation.

Well the part about “tariffs are off market goes up” doesn’t apply today. The equities markets continue to fall after Trump puts pauses on some tariffs.

Business/investors are getting whiplash. No idea how to move except hunker down.

^uncertainty kills. you cannot run a business around chaos and whimsical decisions. at scale, profitability is instrinically tied to forecasting, planning and aligning a very complex pipeline of materials/resources, manufacturing and distribution.

when you undermine this, the overhead costs alone will kill you. it's an impossible environment to function.

    x-post from RE crash thread.
Spoke with a PM for a large family residential compound and horse project about an hour ago. 160 acres, custom indoor stable, indoor riding arena, outdoor riding area (all mostly completed) and phase 2 was a conversion of an existing farmhouse to a chapel, 2 ponds, and the big house 15K+ sq feet.

P2 was suppose to go this summer.

Plugged pulled for at least the next year. Owner was supposedly a money no object kinda guy. That is project # 2 that this has happened on. Those MNO people are starting to reconsider what that means. When does the real bloodbath begin?

Well, the price of Dominari stock dropped by about half (from $13.58 to $6.74) since the announcement so their shareholders (including Donny & Eric) lost a bunch of money.
    That’s a shame.

Does today's jobs report sink a knife into rate cuts?

The wording of second sentence in the alert I just got made me chuckle:

VNQ has outperformed the S&P 500 since the last close. While VNQ was relatively unchanged when the alert was fired, the S&P 500 was down 2.3%.
