I think that's a good thing in this day and age.
Chip Chase would run him out of White Grass with molotov cocktails made with moonshine, so a few Vermont protesters chanting and carrying signs will seem like child’s play.

^^ yes, and with the reported 4ft of snow the rescuers had to traverse if could indeed be like that! i need to mount my new setup before its (sic) too late.
did you skin up the road? the hiking trails are steep and gnarly enough when dry.

Lots of good stuff on lower mountain. Skin summit trail to landslide. Shhhh. Don’t want it to become next snow valley.

Andermatt is like Killington, but bigger! And fewer trees. Avacado, crackers, cheese, and tomato soup , of course, in the thermos.

Long shot here-I broke a bottom section of a BD pole over the weekend. They won’t replace but will give me a [emoji640][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]]]% off code, and I’m just looking to replace the broken part! If anyone has one pole or part of a pole, please let me know!

Vapor carbon [emoji638]. Black and green. Didn’t see that model on the site as they said they’ve discontinued it.

IIRC there’s only [emoji638] bore sizes for BD poles. Just get whatever fits

Will skiing be fun this weekend? At a resort. I don't think touring will be good.
    Like worth driving 4 hours?

At Kton today with the groms doing my part to break up the frozen granular chunks for this weekend. Not nearly as awful as I imagined it would be on the groomers everything is perfectly edgeable and less boilerplate than I expected. Trails under the guns are nice. Anything natural is a disaster as expected. And the bacon bloodies are an excellent alternative to work on a Friday . Will be around this weekend w the kids if anyone feels like groomer zooming
