Fun game. Can someone please explain to me the free kick? I turned on the game and was like what the hell is going on here - they’re kicking off but going for a FG?
I still call it The Jake.

so if a returner calls for a fair catch, the receiving team can take a freekick from where the ball is caught rather than start a possession. we never see it because it never really makes sense. but my god what a beautiful thing it was when it did make sense.

now i need to see a one point safety.

It was an incomplete pass, correct call. But roughing the passer was BS - guy got blocked into Mahomes by the OL.

Yeah that was tough to watch. Especially when it was from your own teammate. I hate seeing a knee going the wrong way

To his credit, he held onto the TD while his knee was getting bent sideways/backwards

Seriously- if you’re gonna get injured, doing it while scoring a TD is a good way to do it, at least.

Gronk is a better color commentator than TB12. Way better.

Good thing I left Jayden Daniels on my fantasy bench this week, cause he was playing the top defense in the NFL. Smart move. Season over

Yeah except the game is in Seattle. Must be a spy on staff.

A guy like Metcalf will always screw you in the big moments because he's just not that smart.

    Great win for the Vikings!

Most of my friends and family who are Pats fans are pretty stoked about this season. You guys were supposed to be dog shit and hopeless and it turns out Drake Maye is showing promise for the future. Seems like a win to me.

Promise is a bit optimistic. Another terrible end zone pick, the garbage backwards pass/fumble/TD, burning two minutes off the clock over 8 plays from the opponents’ one yard line at the end of a close game…
Maybe optimism that this can someday be a break even team?

They really imploded in that second half. The backwards pass at the [emoji637] yard line was such a stupid fucking call. Aside from a few dumb mistakes, we could’ve won that game. ( I say that every week )
