I like Bitcoin, I even read the white paper on it back in like 09. I even made a bit of money on it over the years when it bounced around between 5k and 15k. And it was a major impetus for me to buy Nvidia stock in the mid teens. I wish I would have hung on to all the Nvidia I had bought instead of diversifying over time. All that said, when the Trump starts running around talking about what a great investment someone is, it is time to get the fuck out. Those guys will take this great opportunity to make the USA the leader in crypto to gladly fuck everyone in the ass.

Those guys are crooks. Be wary. Because by the time you realize the jig is up, Trump and his friends will be laughing.

It's a lot harder for corrupt politicians to run up 8T dollar debts with hard money. Pretty simple.

A stable unit of value that is used in exchange for goods with rules to keep it's value stable.

Unit of account- not meaningfully- things are priced in dollars and BTC is exchanged to transact.

Store of value- no- you’re actually disincentivized to transact in it relative to dollars (line goes up!)

Medium of exchange- not in any meaningful or efficient manner

BTC does not exhibit price stability- it has annualized volatility north of 50% vs the dollar’s single digit vol.

It is not fungible. Transaction costs are still crazy and it’s dependent on conversion to USD or some other third party setup to transact, which eliminates all the benefits of the decentralized system that it is hyped up for being.

It is barely portable without access to a network and keys.

Not making anything up. But you already know that. Which is why you’re trying to pivot away from it to talking about other threads, exaggerating, and being sarcastic. Which betrays your weakness and desperation. Sad.

This pissing match would not exist in a bear market. There is a fundamental gap in some peoples' heads about "being right" and making money. The choice is theirs and I don't bother myself with it.

If BTC isn't money why don't you give us all 100 bitcoins each?

How you claim to be right when you don’t even understand the arguments is hysterical.

If BTC has no value, then you should have no problem giving us all 100 BTC each.

What's hysterical is that you think you all think your opinions are worth anything after being MASSIVELY wrong time and time again.

Maybe you should run for president in 2028 because you talk like a politician. You seem to have an opinion on everything, but have no problem equivocating and changing your tune whenever the wind shifts direction.

    You’re a fucking idiot

Does a Picasso have value? Yes
    Is it money? No

Does a share of NVDA have value? Yes
    Is it money? No

Does a house have value? Yes
    Is it money? No

And to note, I’ve probably been holding longer than you. But you fail to read and learn

I post in very few threads - so again you are just exaggerating/making stuff up instead of refuting what I said. No one is surprised by your hypocrisy.
