Cono said unless Ukraine surrendered Ukrainians would be throwing themselves under Russian tanks with Molotov cocktails and that everyone at TGR would be responsible. Funny how Putin and the Kremlin are never to blame

Biden handed over the weather control to Trump a few days ago. Try to keep up.

U sure you know how to read that chart?

Let's see - even with that dip, still higher approval than all shown years prior - namely all the Trump years. Then the high water mark is also during current admin. Finally, do you think the Ukrainians are supportive of the Rs position with zero/limited financial & weaponry support - or, would prefer Joe opened up more military options and increased financial backing?

Yeah, nah - you're right. They're not disappointed because Joe couldn't strong arm more support for Ukraine with all the Republican resistance. They probably want to be cut off and surrendered to Putin.

Before Cono opposed sending heavy weapons like artillery and HIMARS due to WW3, he opposed Ukrainians defending themselves. He was also on the Putin is justified because of Nazis in Ukraine bandwagon. Maybe I'm missing something. If Putin is justified, the West shouldn't send heavy weapons, and Zelensky shouldn't put Ukrainians up against tanks what other options are on the table?

Maybe not so irresponsible after all:

"Trump supported Biden's decision to grant Ukraine permission to strike deep into Russia,"

"I have information that during their meeting, Biden shared and discussed his plan with Trump, after which he received a positive response. Trump's policy is peace based on strength," — Republican Club President Borys Pinkus

Where exactly did all their Jews go then? How dare you guys smooth that over.

The history is real. One of them was even invited by morons like you to the Canadien parliament.

If any of you are European, you’d know those tales and stories carry down until the generation is dead.

How many Ukrainians die per day?
    "escalation"
Is that what Russians call our continued failure / appeasement strategy? If we sent 3000 tanks instead of 3 dozen, there might be less dying going on. Facing a real army, Putin might decide Russia would be greater without invading its neighbors.

Or, if we're sending missiles, how many rail lines go into Ukraine? 5 or 10? Let's say 10. Blowing up rail bridges and junctions every few days would take 50 missiles per week, or 2500 per year. At $1mil each, that's $2.5 billion to cut Russia's invasion logistics for a year. I bet they'd quit their warring ways.

Well Cono's lies make sense… in opposite world! Cono argued Western artillery & HIMARS wouldn't make any difference, not me though:

There were a few people here who said Ukrainians were incapable of mastering advanced equipment but as expected, experienced Ukrainian operators easily adjusted to Western-made weapons systems.

lol, Cono didn't even bother to read his own article. Just repeated Russian propaganda and posted a big scary headline. The takeaway from Cono's own article:

"But even if some elements of the country have been entangled with one of history’s most loathsome movements, standing with Ukraine is without doubt the honorable posture to take in this drama. Right now, every day that Putin ratchets up his assault against the Ukrainian people with scorched-earth zeal, it’s hard not to see who truly deserves the N-word."

Some of the world's leading historians of Nazism and the Holocaust put out a statement rejecting Putin's claims, which was signed by hundreds of other historians and scholars of the subject:

"We strongly reject the Russian government's ... equation of the Ukrainian state with the Nazi regime to justify its unprovoked aggression. This rhetoric is factually wrong, morally repugnant and deeply offensive to the memory of millions of victims of Nazism and those who courageously fought against it"

Cono our foreign affairs expert can’t even fucking spell Canadian.

Love seeing his BS get called out using his previous posts against him. He must have scrambled hard to find a headline to try and back up his bullshit but didn’t take the time to actually read the article LOL nice try Cono.

Sad that douche-canoe hates Ukrainians because he equates them with Germans, his words, despite the fact several orders of magnitude more Ukrainians died fighting Nazis than the much, much smaller subset that fought for the Nazis. Same as it ever was. In 2019 when President Volodymyr Zelenskyy who is Jewish and had relatives who were victims of the Holocaust was elected with 75-percent of the vote, the far-right nationalist candidate only received 1.6-percent of the vote.

That someone would condemn a nation for the beliefs held by 1-to-2 percent of the population, a smaller percentage than most other Western countries, speaks to their character

How dare you - don’t you know Cono lived in Ukraine during the 1930s, Poland during the 40s, behind the iron curtain during the 50s and 60s, in Chile during the 70s, South Africa during the 80s and so on? There isn’t an area of conflict he wasn’t born and raised in. How he survived the Khmer Rouge he hasn’t told us yet - we’re not worthy of that story. But he’s an expert on it for sure.

Bottom line - He’s lived outside the US. No one else here has. Checkmate.

That’s why when he lies or contradicts himself it still makes sense - you just can’t understand it on his level. If you didn’t have your grain seized by Stalin like Cono did you never will understand.

    PROBLEM

Russian forces have been experimenting and diversifying their strike packages to inflict maximum damage on Ukrainian critical infrastructure, conducting frequent strikes with a combination of Iranian-provided or Russian-produced Shahed drones and drone variants, North Korean-provided and domestically produced ballistic and cruise missiles, hypersonic missiles, and aerial bombs.

Western restrictions on Ukraine's ability to use Western-provided weapons to strike within Russian territory have limited Ukrainian capabilities in developing commensurate strike packages.
