    No matter what happens today, I take comfort in the fact that they lasted longer than the Braves.

    the AL & NL Divisional series shouldn't be 3 out of 4 divisional rivals playing each other.

    Make the regular season count

    Go Mets until they meet the Dodgers. I had 25 texts from jubilant Mets fans when I woke up this morning

    I like the current format a heck of a lot more than the 1-game WC playoff.

    I like it a whole hell of a lot more than the top team from each League facing off in the WS.

    Agreed, Sling is terrible. Last year for the playoffs, they had disabled my account when I tried to re-activate and the chat folks said there was a system problem and they'd get right back to me in 1-2 days. I never agreed to the terms or signed anything, just tried to get them to unlock me, and they ghosted. A month later (after the playoffs were done) I got an email "Welcome back to Sling!" and they had charged my card that day. I had to threaten them to refund the money and they finally did.

    YoutubeTV is so much better, it's expensive if you pay for it, but the free 21-day Trial hack apparently works as long as you have the patience to keep creating new Gmail accounts. Plus I love fast-forwarding through the commercials. Even if I'm watching live, I'll pause it for 20 mins or so, make some snacks, and then start watching on the 20min delay so I can FF through the commercials and fluff.
