    I thought about whether or not it would work to drive half an hour to a non-tax state, but I'm pretty sure that would've just created a messier situation because Maine likes to tax NH income as well when there's a Maine resident involved.

    Thanks guys, I am happy to do it with the earlier cut off, as I am busy in the afternoon taking care of animals and feeding family. Once I start cooking and have a glass of wine, I am not leaving the house to buy tickets, scan and upload them before the drawing.
