Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.

Yep. Unless the mag ticket buyer runs away with the money.

I would trust L2s. He’sa karma warrior. Besides, how much money does one man need?

Create LLC. Pay lawyers and accountants from gross proceeds. Whatever is left gets a k1 statement and pays their own damn taxes. Although it does seem that if the tickets are bought in CA everyone pays state tax. Kinda fucked up. But I get it. Government always gets their slice.

Being that the majority of winning giant lottery jackpot tix seem to be sold in CA, paying their state tax is a price I'd gladly be willing to pay for success.

That said, evidently there are several firms that specialize in handling lottery jackpots for group buyers and/or keeping things completely anonymous. Think there's a well-known one out of South Dakota if I'm not mistaken. The kick ass thing about that is not only do they claim the prize for you, BUT then they can pay you out anonymously too, so as far as everyone close to you is concerned, you're just a regular old W2 employee getting a regular old paycheck... for our "consulting" work of course. Even my family will have no clue.

Of course we're all going to have regularly scheduled "business meetings" in Valdez, Chamonix, and everywhere else we can think of.

California to my knowledge does not allow a winner to be anonymous, even if you use an LLC or trust. Anyone here who can refute this?

I think that may be correct, but I have seen lawyers of the Trust/LLC show up before to pickup the winnings, so who knows. I am not concerned about being named as the ? of the Maggot Trust/LLC.

They can't just be penny loafers... Was it Old Larry or someone like that alias which was the leather shoe expert on here? If so have to PM him instead of Rontele....

So I missed the bump for the weekend drawing.

But I am in and I have heard but have not confirmed that Belize is a very tax friendly place to set up and LLC. As long as you have no physical address or residency then there are no Belize taxes to be paid. You can then be paid as needed from that LLC and access the funds from a Belize account. I have not followed up on the full details but was recommended to a Law firm in Wyoming to set up an LLC for under $200 in fees. Then discuss with a company like: https://www.offshorecompany dot com/ (changed the link so put it back together for your research.

I’m happy to be the spokesperson for the group and we can use my identity. After that I’m disafuckingpearing for the remainder of my life. Just want to live a beach lifestyle and grow weed. And not in the USA. Fuck the vette.
