No, it’s a deal if you can figure out a legal/illegal way to break the lease soon for <$2 million (or whatever the delta to market it is)

Buy the house. Kill the tenants. Sell the house. Winning?
    Kill all the telemarkers
But they’ll put us in jail if we kill all the telemarkers
    Telemarketers! Kill the telemarketers!
Oh we can do that. We don’t even need a reason

Canada is a strange place, measurement-wise.

Distance inside a home or on a field or something? We go feet.
Anything you need to drive to? Kilometers.
    Height? Feet and inches.
Weight? Of a person: pounds. Of meat at the deli: grams (but if that meat is a large cut, like a brisket or something, then back to pounds).
Temperature? Outside: Celsius. Inside (home): Fahrenheit. Inside (car): Celsius or Fahrenheit. Swimming pool: Fahrenheit.
    Depth? Feet.
    Wood? Feet.
    Walking distance to something? Meters.
Volume? Of gas or beverages: Milliliters or liters. Of paint: Gallons.
Speed? Real-time measurement would be Kilometers per hour. Unless you are describing it, then it's miles per hour.

You get the hang of it pretty quick. Best to just not think about it and let it happen.

the first one is a hell of a fixer if the location makes any sense for someone
that second one is nice! i wish CLT was more of a thing here -- I suppose it will get that way as zero net carbon gets more important

This is quite a place: https://www.milburyre.com/listing/13...pton-ri-02837/

Remember that Brutalist place a few weeks ago that Maz posted? Yeah probably not but it's right down the street from this place. This place at least fits in the landscape pretty well.

Oh yeah, now we're talking. I'm in for a group buy when we win Powerball. After few years of summer-long parties, the neighbors will buy us out for 30% more: win/win!

When it's cold they're at their winter home in Florida. Unless they're staying at the home in Aspen.

Windy and cold in the winter, windy and hot the other three months of the year. All with the charm of being near Great Falls. Good thing is when Armageddon happens it will all be over in a flash.

My Gods, a $1.8 million FLR with a fucking air mattress in one of the pictures. I swear the entry bar for RE agents is lower than whale shit.

Truth. Been in frank homes. Mostly on tour. But know a guy that has one in Madison. Was cool to party in what is a museum. You don’t own them. You are a caretaker of a legendary architect.

They destroyed that kitchen with the stove and fridge.
Should have been a matching wood panel sub zero.
    And a period appropriate stove.
