Don't think Bucky Fuller had much to do with this one, but it's striking:

I'm always drawn to a house like this but rarely do I go through all the photos and think, wow, there is no real weird "Frank Llyod Wrong" red flags like there normally is with an odd layout, weird wooden walls, or use of cold concrete. Maybe the lister took out the odd stuff because this looks amazing to me.

Pretty nice setting, but if I paid close to $10 million for a waterfront home it better damn well offer access to that water. Not clear if this one does. If there is access it certainly ain't easy access!

Not just falling into the ocean.
Cracks and fissures are forcing the cutting off of utilities well inland.
No insurance or mortgage companies are going to touch large swaths of PV.

Apparently a handful of people don’t care and buy these properties knowing they can’t be insured and may be temporary….
I would find it hard to truly relax in a home like that though [emoji51]

Photos 5, 6 and 7 something looks off. The grass, trees and base of the trees seems touched up not in a good way.

In photo #1 the grass is perfectly green on the left hand side but brown and dead on the left hand side.
