It’s like 500’ across the park, a good drive would be well into the homes across the way. And apparently they want to put a playground in the park, so nothing in the way.
what a weird listing for a weird bachelor pad. other than sales rep I can’t think of any reason for that many Milwaukee tools.
Having a rack for convenience is one thing, having it to display a bunch of sunglasses you can buy at a gas station is another. That might be the douchiest part of this whole listing, and that's saying something. Nothing screams tasteless like owning a bunch of wrap around "sports" glasses.

Post Katrina, the fed gov made some exceptions to allow rebuilding in the coastal flood zone that receives wave action because of politics.
Well, sometimes houses in that general area come off their foundation and slide down the hill into other peoples homes. Like this one in 2008.

Brutalist cubed. I like this a lot and so would Delia Deetz, but would still prefer it tucked away in the trees instead of looking like a hickey on the countryside.

I generally love when people really run with their own desires (and do in this case) but that is just not my style personally. I think Maz is onto something where the location is just off.
Live Free or Die
If you buy that house the crown of Most Hated Person in Little Compton goes with it for free. If it didn't look like a nuclear recycling facility from the road it might be better, it's very visible.
Maybe justified given clues in the decor.
It’s the landscaping. It’d work as a barnacle if it were surrounded by modern landscaping, but I’m guessing that’s out for zoning/ag conservancy rules? So instead there’s just weird stuff?
