I also have been a 190 wildcat fanboy in both regular and tour layups. The FR120ST definitely has more float and tip dive won't be an issue due to the rocker profile, but the amount of rocker means that you'll give up a little bit of stability in crud and variable conditions, not a ton but it may be noticeable. You can absolutely play with length (go 193s instead of 187s) or mount point (go further back as needed) to find a balance that works for you, but for reference I don't see myself reaching for my wildcats much these days, and they don't even get put in the truck if there is a storm cycle in play.
