    So, three rocker/camber profiles?

    FR = Fully rockered
    R = long low rocker
    FC = cambered?

    And the FC is not available on the swallowtails, just the FR and R in the freeride construction. And most anything with the BC construction has the R profile? I feel like I need a graduate level course to get all this straight.
    The older I get, the faster I was.

    With the exception that the BC reverse profile is more like a flat tailed FR rocker.

    I definitely like the modular approach, but also realize its a bit more convoluted that way too. Longer term, there will be 1 profile for each shape as the "mainline" offering, and do limited editions for the other stuff.

    Gawd damn. Only got to fondle them for a sec before getting pulled away but as with my FR110s I’m incredibly impressed. Mine came out to 1792 and 1839 each. Not bad for a 120 underfoot 187 length ski.

    SWEET DUDE! Dying for real world feedback on the Swallowtails.

    I got a chance to get my BC Swallowtails dirty for the first time today. Couldn't have a bigger buzz.

    I skied my R120 comps pretty extensively the last few days in fantasy storm conditions and they are so dialed, thank you again. No tip dive, plenty of heft in a flat tailed 185cm package, easily manageable in higher density and in tighter spaces, but unbelievable in blower, chop and crud on edge. No hangups.

    Got out on the R120 tonight at Brighton. Jesus Christ these things wanna go fast. Can’t wait to get them out on a pow day. I have a feeling will be skiing chop at speeds not yet seen in my skiing career (Still probably not that fast).
    Really really please with the R 110/120 1-2 punch. Makes me want to try that FL105.

    Great to see the Comp R120's getting some hype. I skied mine this last Tahoe storm cycle and would with everything @bry says here.

    Anyone able to compare the FR120ST to the Moment Wildcat? The latter is basically one of my favorite skis (both regular, and tour version) but my only complaint is I do get some tip dive in deep snow (in the “190” length, which is probably comparable to the 187 FR120). Curious if this ski would fix that shortcoming while otherwise skiing similarly (not sure how much the full rocker would change that)

    I think the tip dive that folks get on the wildcat comes from the stiffer flex and the -5.65 mount. The shovels done flex enough to have them plane up but makes them really great in chop. The Chipotle Banana has the same issue in my Opinion. Both me R and FR 120 seem to float better than the Kitty. My FR is -7.5 and my R is -8.5. Both of them flex softer than the Wildcat but make up the suspension in their weight 2280g vs 2450g. The R has just as much if not a touch more stability in chop than the Kitty. The FR maybe a touch less stability than the Cat but it’s stupid easy to drift and pivots easier. So yes I think it would solve your issue lol.

    It's pops like crazy in person, just beautiful. I wasn't all about it during the initial limited edition offerigns (I was lusting after the R110 topsheet most of all) but seeing it in person changed my feelings immediately.

    Can't wait to get them on snow... but I am still 1/2 weeks away from full clearance for making turns so I'll report back as soon as I get them out.

    Once again I need to ask the community what binding should I put on these beauties? I cannot decide between freeraider (for versatility/elasticity if I ever ski these off a sled or god forbid a few untracked laps at Silverton) or lighter like the rad toe with plum heel mentioned earlier... I need some adjustability since I might be getting a new boot in the next season. Just a tough decision overall.

    Once I get some days on my 120s (BC version, not FR) I should be in a great position to answer this question as my current favorite daily drivers are 190 bibby/wildcat (regular & tour) mounted -1 to deal with tip dive

    I also have been a 190 wildcat fanboy in both regular and tour layups. The FR120ST definitely has more float and tip dive won't be an issue due to the rocker profile, but the amount of rocker means that you'll give up a little bit of stability in crud and variable conditions, not a ton but it may be noticeable. You can absolutely play with length (go 193s instead of 187s) or mount point (go further back as needed) to find a balance that works for you, but for reference I don't see myself reaching for my wildcats much these days, and they don't even get put in the truck if there is a storm cycle in play.

    Marshall; how far in from the tip does the splay start on the r110 and r120? And what’s the tail height on the r120?

    Somebody have a close up of the camber profile on the back half of the r110?
