It's pleasant. Backside still closed. Everyone packed into 2 lifts. Yay. All good though. Shit is skiing well.

    Word.
I just put in my notice and am skiing this season.
I'm booked in Silverton March 28-30.
Was thinking Big Sky early March, JH later March.
    Other than Silverton I'm flexible.

Hike-to steeps appear open between Twin Trees all the way to St Bernie's on West Basin. How's any of that skiing, still bony or...?

Headed there late next month, stoke is very, very high.

Skied a Juarez yesterday. Looked good, punchy and grabby over rocks. Getting better daily though.

Wind hold today. Basically closed. Storm day tomorrow 4-8 ish.

Alain s birthday today. Got og bodes and katanas mounted. Stoked.

The chicks are popping off this week. 4 so far. Jesus. Taos ftw.

The open terrain is still bony in spots but filling in decently well. Unfortunately, we've had a bunch of upslope wind since the last storm, so different aspects are either getting scoured or developing a windskin or slab, especially near ridgeline. Still some good turns to be had, but they're in some unusual spots...

Speaking of schwing, apparently some dude hit a stump and cut his dick almost off/ badly. Had to go to hospital and get work done.

Then my ski buddy tells a story of tailguiding cat skiing where a girl wiped out and the pivot dildo fully enters her and causes damage/ off to hospital. Was in hospital for 5 days.

How fat is it post-lift? Specifically, now? What's the estimate on snowfall needed to open?
