Saw Goose for the first time today, that was great, they rocked, and the played "No Rain" and killed it and that made me want to hear more Shannon and this is my favorite Blind Melon song and a great, weird, video so here we go:
RIP Shannon Hoon, much too young.
Don’t know if this belongs in the C&W thread, but I like it
^ the children of Joy Division x Bauhaus.
Van in fine voice
Hadn't heard this one in a while but it's on the radio here now
^ Was that Sinead O’Conner? I mean, I know it is, but she looks so carefree and almost happy there, kind of out of character.
Yeah, the young Sinead was pretty upbeat.
Haven't heard the other "big" World Party tune for quite a while either so here we go
A work of Bill Laswell
Merde De Glace On the Freak When Ski

Indeed, seen the X band a handful of times. Last time was around 2015? in SLC at the Depot.
Henry Rollins opened for them and it was just unbelievable. Hank for the ignition and Exene, JDoe, DJ and Zoom for full ride.
One of the best for me all time.
I prefer Blue Spark or White girl.
Exene was married to Viggo.
X is out doing shows right now: https://www.xtheband.com/the-shows2
Well ain't that some shit.
They're in SLC tonight with the English Beat. That'll be a good show.
Again at The Depot too. It's a pretty good venue.
Saw P-funk at the Depot, great show. An ocean of very white people gettin down. That place has the nicest bathrooms of any club I've ever been in.
Heard this for the first time a few days ago, wanted t hear it again. Jimmy Smith could play.
RIP Sinead. Kinda weird that I posted a video with a young happy Sinead in it here just a few days ago.
On a completely different note, I'd like to know the backstory here, Sly and the Family with John Mayer and buddy Guy. Say what? Sounds good though.
Sure does! This too...
The past is a foreign country; they do things differently there.
