    I'm reading a book about Joy Division right now and Durutti Column is mentioned quite a bit. That's what made me look on YouTube. I hadn't thought about them/him for a long time before this.

    Good book, by the way. It's called "This Searing Light, the Sun and Everything Else" by Jon Savage. It's an oral history and it really paints a picture of the band and the Manchester music scene of that era in general. Author does a great job tying all the interview segments together into a tidy, chronological history. Recommended.
