Not sure where you got “if i have to wear a tie” out of comfortable and festive.
I don’t see that as a suit either. Suits are not comfortable. A funky shirt could make them festive I suppose.

Sadly. Your dress is more controlled by your wife’s selection. You must find out what she is wearing. And neither upstage nor embarrass

Dress Code says "Festive and Comfortable" and the wife has been in a "I know you don't want to come anyways so you can read the website and figure it out" kinda mood.. lol.

Can I get away without a suit, or should it just be one dressed up to be "fun"?

I have a gray one, thinking pink shirt and darker burgundy tie if I have to wear a tie.

Definitely not a shorts and Hawaiian shirt vibe, although I'd love to interpret it that way.

    What say the collective?
Go with the shorts and boogaloo boi shirt. You know you want to rock the Hawaiian.

Wtf is all this Taylor Swift stuff about? The entire city is bonkers. People were passing out in the merch line yesterday either due to the heat or just the general sense of excitement or maybe both. Holy moly
Brandine: Now Cletus, if I catch you with pig lipstick on your collar one more time you ain't gonna be allowed to sleep in the barn no more!

Inflatable costume that makes it look like you're fucking a sheep.

    It'll be memorable.

wtf is with ivy for an outfield fence? I mean I get it, but no I don't. And the nets or whatever at the top to keep the balls from falling in the ivy, I mean really?

"Festive and Comfortable" for an outdoor summer wedding screams for Hawaiian shirt, baggy white cotton pants and Sperry Docksiders without socks IMO.

Hahaha, those fences were put up to keep the bleacher creatures from falling onto the field. Doubles as turning an off the top of the wall double or great catch into an easy homer.

The side of the house has a pergola that has too much growth around it and needs to be pared back, and the rear entrance has a trellis with overgrown wisteria that has climbed over the the roof and is latching on to the house. I’ve done this myself in the past as a one man job and it probably took me 5 or 6 hours.

Just got a quote for $870 for labor and another $100 for haul. Seems high but maybe not. Not gonna nickel and dime the guy making a living doing this stuff but curious about whether this is reasonable.

That happens with fibre channel connections in our SANs. Sometimes the repair guy will reverse the cables when he plugs them back in. Not all of them are keyed to prevent this.
