I’ve got no experience with those type of crampons but they look great. Recommendations for what fit Mastrale?

This prompted me to write up a review of the all-alu version:

And for your amusement, this was their debut outing:

there’s some 185 Salomon Explore MTN 95 with skins and no bindings for $200 shipped in Gear Swap

if I hadn’t just put this together I’d buy that rig

Detune THE FUCK out of them. Do the tips/tails as if they were a powder ski. They’re so torsionally stiff. The camber also has a habit of flattening with use which also makes them more manageable.

LOVE my Orbs as a replacement fwiw…

New sticks, first foray into the world of actually light skis. Love them going up, learning to love them going down….

Selling some Hagan skis that I didn't get along with, I guess I'm used to my shorty softer Waybacks now:

I hope the silence here lately has been from getting after the remaining snow!
(Remember, ski season never ends, the snow just gets further away...)

Since this thread started off with a Hagan/Hagen reference, I bring you news that Colorado's Mike Hagen has sold the Hagan U.S. distributorship to (wait for it, this is good!) ...
... Colorado's Mike Hogan -- wow, what are the odds!
(Well, actually, 100% that something like this would happen, a la the four-leaf clover paradox, and this, even if the specific occurrence is exceedingly unlikely.)

    Meanwhile, for you summer shopping:
    • Very good prices on 10+ release value bindings.
    • Ya gotta be kiddin' me prices on <10 bindings (although will take you some time figuring out the differences among so many similar ATK models).
    • What the heck is going on price for the fanciest of all ATK race binding models.

    Nearly free momix skins too:
(And you're welcome, in advance, for my informing you that the width is 133mm, which took me several seconds to figure out, given that's listed at the end of all the other attributes.)

    Also nearly free:

When the snow is always soft and you can ski in shorts I guess there isn't much gear to discuss

RE: the BD sale, Activejunky has 8% cash back... I forgot to use it on my first order but I might go back for more stuff
