Yeah, the city spun that bullshit rumor.... before they even opened the fucking boxes. There's significantly more economical ways to relay crypto data.

A very nice obit for this murderer was written by an insane person: https://www.dailykos.com/stories/202...ch-their-heads

He seems like a very nice service oriented, church and family man.

He seems christ-like. Especially in the photoshopped image the family used for the GoFundMe.

So any LDS members here think he killed them all because he was about lose his property- his wife- in her recently filed divorce but by killing them all he is guaranteed a planet in afterlife and therefore is bringing his family back together forever, and getting what he wants? Or does he go to hell and lose his planet according to the LDS faith due to being a murderer?

I think all of this depends on whether or not Dad and wife were wearing their Jesus Jammies.

    Caveat, I'm not LDS.

That motherfucker killed his family.... in the middle of the afternoon. I can't imagine the terror those children felt hearing their siblings murdered in the next room.

Everyone in that community has claimed to know the family intimately and yet no one spoke up or tried to prevent the abuse. You don't wake up one morning and murder your whole family. I guarantee there was a history of abuse and no one in that entire fucking community had the balls to intervene. Fuck them.

Not only is he going to hell, but everyone in that town is too.

I get that you live in Utah and you've likely had some bad run ins with LDS members. But seriously step back and read through what you just wrote. How would your kids feel if they heard you saying you are glad this dad murdered his family just because he's LDS? That's pretty sick even if you think they're crazy.

I personally think the world would be much better off if the fucking MAGA cult lunatics would all drink the cyanide kool aid together and die off immediately.

Does that make me a sick person in your estimation? [emoji897]

My child is a few days shy of 18 and has spent her entire life in this state. She’s not very fond of the cult either so you can now get down from your soap box.
Horrible situation. And yes, less is better.

Jesus, I don’t know what kind of trauma you think you’ve suffered at the hands of Mormons, but it surely doesn’t rise to the level of wishing death to children. Pretty gross take Buzz.

Aren’t you catholic or some shit?

No you don’t am I’m not religious.
I’m aware you like to pick a fight every time I say derogatory words towards the cult. We’ve acknowledged this. Now time to move on.

I’m with ZZZ. A couple of real fucked up takes in this thread. I have plenty of issues with Mormonism and Utah culture, but wishing a few million people dead is pretty weird.

You guys are really fucking good putting words in my mouth. I didn’t wish death to anyone. I said it was a horrible situation. And the less the better. I’m my mind those were two separate statements. But you both put them together.

Never mind, I just read their earthly children don't follow them to the afterlife directly. They can give birth to unlimited spirit children in afterlife, if married in a temple though. Hard to figure out what's what sometimes and I probably have this wrong too.

Edit; not trying to be derogatory here, and my theory was my wife's actually - we don't shit about how it's all taught and have honest, possibly dumb, questions.

I’d put $100 down in Vegas that they’d all be alive today if they didn’t believe the insanity they teach their thirsty members.

Fair enough. That’s not the way I originally read it.

    I can’t recall ever defending religion, but…..ok.
