Hi, I know this is a harsh place sometimes and we’re all supposed to be cool or whatever, but me…I’ve been inside my turtle shell of making stupid jokes and being adulty talking about the geopolitics, and I have avoided watching the footage and the news. I just watched this awful stuff on the news and I’m shattered. People with their kids and dogs.

My guts hurt and I want to cry. These motherfuckers.

I'm with you. I really tried to make lite of it as a Europe problem for a few hours but in reality it's a humanity problem. It's heartbreaking to think about the human suffering innocent people will have to endure because of some fucked up human with too much power.

The surprising development from a traditional ally of Russia has the support of the United States.

I’m sure some terrible human being in here will try calling me a Putin Apologist, some piece of shit that won’t call their congressman and ask we send troops in to help, but I find it terrible that President Zelensky is asking civilians to make Molotov cocktail and stand in front of a tank.

Yep, I started to comment earlier on what should America do? I'm more interested in what can Americans do? It's great we have a state to act for us. Trouble is the state moves slowly. Blue and yellow lights on a building is useful, but can't we do more?

I won’t call you a Putin apologist. But your suggestion of sending US troops to “help” is a bit too “let’s escalate military conflict with a madman dictator who is currently in possession of a very modern military arsenal” for my taste.

Not saying I have the answer to confront Russian aggression, but possible WWIII doesn’t seem like the right call. Maybe we could just stop production of Adidas track suits. That would cause some pretty big domestic upheaval in Moscow and possible regime change from within.

A note that the Molotov cocktail name was in response to another military action by Russians with a false pretext.

Multiple reports suggesting Ukraine forces are successfully repelling Ivan and proving more difficult to beat than anticipated. The Ukranian who told the Russian warship to "go fuck yourself" when told to surrender should have a statue made after his likeness.

The Russian military is not modern by our standards. Certainly a distant third to the US and Chyna. Pooty knows this and would not come to blows with NATO as theyd take brutal losses. Hence the nukes threat.
