Sounds hard. If you're only going 1 step above grade, put up some PT 2x8's and fill it with gravel to the bottom of your concrete slab. Pour regular concrete. Roots will have enough wiggle room with the gravel. Put in rebar. Add a vapor barrier if you feel like it
