swing your fucking sword.
^^^ That's a joke, right? Right?!?!?!
oh no......
Oh boy.
For Sale:
If you're in the Northeast and would like to borrow some Jigarex Plates I have:
Rossi/Look plates
Salomon Warden 13 plates
Marker Kingpin Plates
Waymint. You only drill the toes first then drill the heels? I don’t see heel holes in the ski. If so that’s pretty strange.
If you’re serious about your fuck up, that sucks but shouldn’t have issues with hole overlap. Plug and drill again.
swing your fucking sword.
Excuse the mess, at least I got the toes on the right end.
I can confirm the MTN template is very close. Its missing the brake button hole. I found that to be 6cm forward of the rear edge of the front heel holes. And I shifted the heel mount forward 5mm.

Anybody holding a spare set of 90mm vipec brake arms?
This made me laugh more than it should have - I can so relate to the feeling you were probably experiencing right about then.
I had a double bogey last year where I drilled one set holes 4mm off center (closer to one edge) due to forgetting about the caliper's measuring range being off set, and one set of holes at like -5 due to me using the wrong side of the masking tape as the center line - both on very expensive, carbon pow touring sticks. Yay. I just wanted to pull the pin and self detonate, but luckily both were relative easy fixes - as is yours, if still more than a bit of bother.
Still - awersome pairing, should be super versatile!
Thanks for sharing both the highs as well as the lows![]()
yeah I’ve done that
and other fuck ups
I didn't believe in reincarnation when I was your age either.
Mounted up some low-tide craigslist skis. Second mount using a jig...so easy.

I mounted some rock skis backwards 2 years ago. I was too proud to post it on here, but that’s all been beaten out of me

I have a rule in my shop. Tips always to the left. Always. Takes all the thinking out of it.
I'm about to mount some Salomon Warden MNC 13s and noticed that the heel plate doesn't lie flush on the deck. There is a protuberance where each of the forward screws exit the plate, but no corresponding raised area at the rear screws. This looks...well...wrong! It'd be easy to knock them flush, but that doesn't seem right either. There's nothing in the tech manual about this and even the (lousy) illustrations fail to show the bindings mounted on a pair of skis. What's the best way to proceed? Thanks, Pete
