That's awesome. Since I'm currently running, by your analogy, a bald knock-off korean road tire on a 94 ford focus, I'm guessing the WRG4 will be a nice step upat least the dual compounds are a little cheaper. The extra 1/5" won't hurt either I am sure.
Eventually once I sort this out (and maybe handlebars, and MAYBE a drivetrain,) so you can all laugh at me I'll post my complete build of "most expensive beater bike in the Wasatch"
