what--and i cannot stress this enough--the fuck?
and what does this mean: "The future homeowner resides 6mo and 1 day a year."
I assume that there's some kind of residency restriction.
Nice trailer.

3 parking spaces. Rent those out for down valley peeps skiing Ajax.
Looked on the map and I appreciate how they cluster the proles together in a little postage stamp dead center in town.

Last time that I was in Aspen, I fell in love with the house located at 201 E. Hyman Ave (right next door to the Limelight. I did some research, looked it up and found it to be ridiculous ($19,000,000), even by Aspen standards. I would post a pic., but it needs to be seen to be appreciated. It turns out that the main house living space is only ~2000 sq. ft., but there is a basketball court and gym in the basement, which bumps the sq. ft. up to ~ 12K. It it 1/2 old victorian, and 1/2 ultra modern. I seem to remember a really nice pool and cabana. Any way, it is owned by an NBA rockstar.
Does anyone know about this house.

I'm pretty sure somebody here owned that house when it was just the old part. It might even be in this thread, it wasn't that long ago it was being talked about.
This one right? https://www.tetongravity.com/forums/...en#post5159471
edit: Yeah that's the same house.

I forgot about this thread. I visited the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Hollyhock House when I was in LA last month. A very cool home.

I’m kind of curious about it because every FLW house I’ve visited had some serious practicality issues - leaks, draftiness, etc. I should schedule a viewing.

It's definitely a cool home. And there are so many architecturally awesome homes in greater LA that you can see from the outside or occasionally the inside. The Ennis house (FLW) the Lovell Health House (Neutra) the Lovell Beach House (Schindler), the Eames House (Eames)
Does anyone know about this house.

haha! I can't decide which is the worst though
I lean towards #5 the carpet in the bathroom but that's more aesthetics
probably from the architecture side there are worse ones
the number of inappropriate bathrooms is incredible!
skid luxury
By no means is it excessively cool but I am happy w it.
