I've heard they are still making skis, website hasn't been updated in 2 years though.

    2-4.
I'm mounting shifts so the tail splay is perfect for me on these, but the AGP @ 110ish, really need a lot of tail splay? In some circles, ~110 are groomer/hard/junk snow skis.

I don't ski well enough to deserve a pro model, but I think this design* would suit the needs of many people who are waffling between the 186 K108 and 189 W108.

    - Larger turn radius helps keep the ski from being hooky when charging uneven terrain
    - Slight increase in waist width helps combat the decreased float from a straighter ski
    - Less taper for better hard snow performance
    - A stiffer and more-even flex means you can drive the tips and not wheelie out on landings
    - Progressive mount for more even swing weight

Is a heavy-core, 4+ flex MVP pretty similar? Probably, but I really, really like the feel of ON3P skis. I haven't felt that magic with the Praxis skis I've been on, personally...but I also haven't skied a layup with their new heavy core.

*or something similar -- Scott's obviously the genius designer behind RES and everything else I love about ON3P skis. I'm just a guy who likes to ski and is overly picky. Also, it's summer.

PS. Congrats on the golf money!

Yes, exactly. Doesn't need more tail splay. We have the BG (or K116 or Bibby, etc) for pow.

The Chairman seems like a neat ski -- little too light and little too much taper for what I'm really envisioning, but a similar concept. I bet it's a sweet sidecountry/easy touring setup with the shifts. Hope you enjoy!

I waffled long enough between the w108 and the k108 and am still not sure of my decision but I don't think either one would have been the wrong decision so I am excited to take em out once the white stuff starts falling again

All the talk in the other threads about fat skis has me aching even more for my new C&D’s to be ready. Already plotting a possible Japan trip for them with my neighbor.

I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas or a birthday or something...

Have you had any updates on them? I'm at the edge of my seat waiting myself.

Yeah, as it’s the new C&D and it’s supposed to have the characteristics it has, chose not to mess with this pair. New BG’s when the next iteration comes out will be custom layup...

Nope... been ogling Instagram to see if I can spy them in the background. No luck yet. It’s all good tho, they will be very worth the wait.

Cool. Yeah, I've been super interested in the new C&D -- obviously I'd want to ski the stock stiffness before making any decision but the tour layup makes me think I'd like it a bit stiffer than stock.

New skis aren't in the budget for a few more years, though.

Haha, same here. I love getting peeks of the production on their IG.

I'm going to Japan this coming season, too.

Like a kid waiting for Christmas... seriously.

That sort of is the point though.

Hope everyone has been thinking of new terrible ideas, as well, as we're bringing that contest back soon.
Seriously, this can’t turn into yet another ON3P thread....

I know it's exactly the point. A vicious cycle that has me trapped.
