West facing above 9000 was wind jacked. Like your tips go under, but they don't come back up wind jacked. East, north and south all skied great though. Super cold today anywhere in the wind. Sensitive, but very thin windslabs, not much for them to run on.

Was going to get out this morning but family commits ruined that so quick one and doner up and down emma #4 this afternoon. Some wind skin up top turned to creamy turns to the car. Total time leaving home to return 3 hrs. Tomorrow is gonna be awesome at Brighton! I (sometimes) love Utah!

Another good day in the north. March is coming in like a lion. North facing was stable and dreamy. Some cracking observed at 9000 on east facing.
I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

Lol, yeah I left Brighton right about that same time and noticed all those tickets. Tomorrow may be worse if we get a foot tonight. I’ll be up at Solitude with wood veneer protests for firstish chair. Ask for change and let’s take a lap if anyone’s up there.

interesting day yesterday with some good fortune. saw a guy getting a dui at 8am on the drive up bcc?. the little man put down the 2nd fastest combined time in the mini today. took a walk out highway around to east bowl for a solid run before a sick run down flanagans > the exit is in and no mandatory's. wife got creamed from behind on challenger from some touron that couldn't ski, turn, or own his shit apparently. thankfully, she's going to be alright, just sore as hell today i'm sure.

Decided to use my Wasatch benefits today and hit alta. Snow was killer and lines were brutal. Got up there at about 7:30 to avoid traffic. I forgot what assholes all the 1st chair agro bro brahs in line are. I think I witnessed more arguing over saving places in line this morning than in the last 4 years at Soli.

I didn’t think the lines were too bad. At lunchtime, there was no one at Collins. Snow was blower, forgot how good that feels. Multiple face shots. Skiing with my bro, nephew and old friends. Had good success at finding fresh. Upper Sunspot first run. Ballroom was timed perfectly. High Boy was good all morning. Backside was excellent. Great day.

Read the other post. You said you'd pm me....I don't go out of my way for east coasters. You want a real tour of Alta you should've pmed. Lol @sunspot first run. Why not pick something a bit shorter? Maybe the bunny Hill or Sunnyside lift and kill Vail ridge? Blower thirds first run, no tracks, face shots the entire way...pick a run with more pitch. Have a good trip anyway. It's ok you were scared... [emoji3]

First time on skis this year for some of our crew. We had a great day. I’ve always thought you were kinda douchey. So I’m good with the choices we made today.

Who’s making excuses? It was a classic Alta day, yet you still seem sour. You might want to get that checked, guy.

Got up around 6:50 to BCC entrance to find the long line of cars blocked from the jack knifed semi (for those who don't know, some dingdong driver said his GPS told him to take Guardsman pass to park city.....). A chief from the fire authority walked by our car and said it could be a couple hours. Decided to utilize the wasatch benefit and exchange a day in at Deer Valley. That was quite the treat. First time going up there. So much terrain and so few skiers who can actually ski. I can only imagine what happens there on a midweek bottomless day. Some of our best runs came when we headed over to the other side of the mountain (sultan and mayflower) near 1:00 pm. Honestly, going to really have to be careful with when we turn in our second and last day at Deer Valley.

Did I ski over your tails today? If so, your GF / wife / mistress / daughter is dripping hot. There is NO skiing in Utah except in LCC & BCC, Hailstone UT is a barren wasteland. Anything else you've heard is pure heresay.

had a good day at snowbasin. Seemed like a big line on the road to get in (normal weekend?) but 6 laps on john paul and had fun.

also has anyone seen/know of/contact info for somoene that lives/skis in the SLC area (rode the lift with him today at snow basin) , and makes some logoed baskets. He had a "alta" on and an "epic" one

    "UR ski"?
