    Well Jack’s math is wrong.
    335 BSL / 2 = 167.5, so the midpoint is 167.5 from the toe.
    325 BSL / 2 = 162.5, so the midpoint is 162.5 from the toe.
The difference is 5mm or +0.5.
    Simple math.

I mount with paper most of the time and usually hit my target. But yeah, Dee is right this time. Boot center would only move .5 relative to the line. Not that it fucking matters in this hypothetical. I’ll try to be more accurate next time I make a joke.

I've searched and not found yours, search function sucks. Could be operator error as well.

Are you guys mounting those BGs on the line? Those bindings all look so far back.

Not quite a binding mount but I've just made a pair of 5mm shims for Beast 14/Rad 2 toes:

PSA: Mount your own fucking skis.

    Tyrolia update.

I went to the ski shop and the plate that for under the heels was missing in the box, apparently not uncommon. They had a whole box that they had ordered. Just gave me one. Screws perfect length with that piece.

JONG question: I bought a pair of old GS skis (190cm Salomon Equipe Axe) with 900S bindings from a friend a while back. The toes are mounted but not the heels, and I don't have screws for the heels. How do I find out what kind of screws I need? The skis have a binding plate of some kind, and have been previously drilled for these bindings (i.e. the plate has holes where they need to be), so I think I just need screws.

I have mounted with inserts and successfully been screw shopping for those, and I have mounted bindings in old holes drilled by someone else, but I have never purchased a normal binding screw.

You'll need binding screws, not machine screws or screws you buy at a hardware store. You'll need to order them via a place like Slightwright (i.e. @Alpinlord) unless local shop hooks you up. If you find standard lengths needed for 900s heed (should be same heel as many other 900 series / STH), add the length of the lifter plate to the length screw you need.

Where do you get the screws, the epoxy, and anything else needed?

And what else, if anything, is needed?
