if pot money gets legalized for banking and pot stocks get traded on the big board, will the penny stocks get ipo'd on the big board, transferred over (or what?).....and will the value skyrocket once this happens? I know you advised me not to buy pink sheet pot stock but I doubled my money in 45 days. A major player in this stock talks to Trump almost daily lately and he says they're gearing up for the big board. Insiders have bought over 25% of the stock in the last 30 days. What say ye?

Glad you are making money. Don't be greedy. When you double take some off. It's a good idea to see if there is a market in OTC when you sell too.

Insider buying in otc stocks is a pretty common pump and dump ploy. Always be skeptical of sizzle. With regards to who is talking to who and when. Again, you never know.

To go from otc to listed can be done but it is the same initial filing requirements and disclosures that any company has to go through. That's why companies OTC. They don't have the financial requirements for a regular listing. It's $500k a year to list on NYSE.

I did see the Canadian pot stocks soar after legalization and was thinking about you.

I took a look at HMMJ. It round tripped the whole move after the legalization news. There will be winners but I'm still not sure the barrier to entry is large enough especially on the recreational side. When I read about it the "experts" largely talk about pharmaceuticals that have an edge.

German Dax up 3.4%. That's big! US markets up more than 1%. Dollar down 1% That's big. Although, the gap on the stock futures is ominous..

The $5 price seems like a ruse to me. Institutional investors are restricted from buying <$5 stocks. I can't remember a listed stock IPO at much less than $15 for that reason. Also, your .05c stock would not be $5 it would be reverse split and re-issued at 100/1.

What's the spread on your .05c stock? I suspect the spread is more that 14%

And even more to get updated, exchange-compliant financial statements and audits. Cant just go to the NYSE with a quickbooks model and someone's aunt running compliance/accounting/audit (this isn't China).

How set in stone is it that the company is going to list? Arent the banks still not touching pot dispensaries around the country (still all cash) because of the federal implications? Seems like a stock exchange would be in the same camp (and what investment bank is bringing it to market anyway?)

I think these moves are trapping the shorts. Just like the Trump rally. The expectation all along was Le Pen and Macron.

I watched the open yesterday. The gap at 2365.25 is dubious. Especially since there has been no challenge to the gap even on lite volume. It could take the whole thing back as the spread long International/short USA takes hold

Expectation was macron/le pen at first but euro and more indicative, French debt was pricing in a threat melanchon got in. Last week all 4 candidates were within 3% of each other, with melanchon charging. French debt stabilizing now along with the euro but it's all still a Mediterranean Europe shitshow
