Few demos left on the website and with our reps...2018 skis are almost ready.
We also have some "QSC" skis (quick ship customs) on the site that are one of a kinds (classic graphics and green sidewalls) for your pleasure [emoji106]
You should have been here yesterday!
Count me in for a stock 189 Billy Goat as soon as possible. Id love customizing one to be stiffer, but Im afraid ill ruin a good thing.
I think Ill save custimization for the wren 98, early next year. Seems more appropriate.
After all my shit, the least I can do is pay retail for once. I hope you accept an apology in the form of Cash Money $$$$ woot wooot.
This is my gear load for the summer, 191 C&Ds and 189 BGs.

Blow my skirt up, why dont ya!!
Whats the deal with that? Normal BG, just a larger size? Still 116 underfoot? Different layup?
Either way, that sounds amazing. I want one with the "america" topsheet. Even with a new Cease and Desist coming. Bring on the overlap.
In all honesty, im probably going to get both a stock 189 and a custom extra carbon 'merica 193.. just gotta sell my KTM first.
Im going to be skiing sand this summer with them.
Thanks.
Woof. That sounds like it'll be a beast of a ski.
If I hadn't just bought some 189s, I'd be interested.
Im really starting to dig the new wren 98 topsheet. RED! With a nice transition into sunburst orange. Nice touch you guys.
Mt Hood primarily, about 205lbs (6'4"). Terrain would be pretty mellow, I use my BGs for just about any new snow above a couple inches. These would replace some old Rossi phantom 80s, which come out for groomers/bumps/dust on crust. I'd think I'd rate quickness over charginess for this ski.
Not a PNW skier here but I picked up a pair of the 184cm Wren 108s and they are SLAYERS, seriously. For whatever reason I didn't click on the 98s I demo'd but the 108s are unfuckingbeliveable. (stock flex - 5'11, around 185#)

they had a bunch of on3ps on sale at next adventure in pdx a couple weeks ago. don't remember if they were new or not.
Absolutely. While I have other skis, for resort use those will probably be on my feet 95% of the time next season, assuming the 108's aren't vastly different than the 112's that I loved (I'm not too worried about it).
Having said that, I finally got a few hours in on some 193 Cease & Desists (that used to belong to PowTron by way of SierraSkier) and it was an interesting experience. When you're moving slowly, they feel heavy and sluggish / hard on the legs. But once you get them moving they don't feel heavy at all and with the RES sidecut and all of that tip rocker they pivot extremely quickly and were way better in the trees than I ever expected. I was worried 193cm would be too much for my 5' 11" / 175 pound frame but they honestly didn't feel that long. It was windy so I had to bail on Squaw and went to Northstar, and there's nothing steeper than maybe 33-35 degrees so I never found their speed limit, but I'm fairly confident you'd have to be going pretty damn fast to find it. I'd love to take these things cat skiing or up to AK next season if I get the chance. I did find myself scrubbing more speed than I intended and feel like I need another day or two on them to "learn" to ski them properly, if that makes sense.
