Small-town Texas kindergarten teacher accused of sex – including threesome – with four high schoolers

A small-town Texas kindergarten teacher could be jailed up to 20 years for allegedly bedding four local high school students – two of them at the same time – after police say she coaxed the students to join her over Snapchat.

Heather Robertson, 38, was arrested last weekend on four counts of orchestrating an improper relationship between an educator and student after police received a tip that a teacher was cozying up to a group of male teens, according to KTRE.

One of the students reportedly told cops Robertson had recently started “sexting” with him before inviting him to her home.

However, one student wasn’t enough, according to the report. And when the student asked if a buddy could join them, Robertson obliged.

The trio had sex shortly after the students arrived at Robertson's home, they told police, adding there could be a roster of victims.

Police then approached two additional students, according to the Lufkin Daily News.

Both students reportedly told cops they, too, had slept with Robertson multiple times.

One of the students detailed how they would tip-toe out of their homes late at night and meet Robertson for a lift back to her home.

Robertson was arrested last Saturday after being pulled over by an officer, Lufkin Police said.

She was questioned by cops and admitted to sleeping with one of the students four times, according to the Lufkin Daily News. She also admitted to the threesome, police said.

A warrant stated that Robertson didn't require the boys to wear condoms because she could no longer get pregnant, according to the report.

The kindergarten teacher coitus began late last year, Robertson told police.

She resigned 48 hours before her arrest.

The Texas Education Agency revealed to KRTR that there have been 159 reported cases of inappropriate teacher-student relationships this year in the Lone Star State.

I don't know what the age of consent is there, but applying the "person of authority" rule to a kindergarten teacher having sex with high schoolers is a little silly.
