    The walking part is a good point. There's a nice trail along the waterfront and a convenient pedestrian bridge over the train tracks that's very close to the brewery. It's a bit of a hike from downtown, but certainly doable.
    Yeah, love that place. An easy scenic bike ride from downtown, get a shared bike from Pronto or from wherever (I used my hotels free bike).

    I didn't have any sour beers, but everything else is great.

    Found out over the weedkend that my Berliner Weiss make a really good flavor for brats in the beer hot tub.

    This is very interesting. I like it but the jury is still out on if I'll buy again considering the $14 a sixer price tag

    Pears are fabulous in sours, I did a split batch of BW and one was aged on pears.

    It was a kit and it came with two cans of puree, I forget what kind. I may have it written down in the beer log.

    Often a sour cherry is used if available.

    Yep, two years on its really smooth but still has nice tart edge. I was off on the low side for carbonation which affects the nose.

    Still very drinkable.
