I didn't realize that kind of stuff was allowed down here?
(Or do you use it to roast a big chunk of tofu on a spit?)

    Tofu Curtain... hysterical.

I know the Great Wall is in Northampton/Florence, but never heard of the TF. That border is so true.

I owe you a beer sir. Was sitting in my truck this morning letting it warm up for a minute and scrolled through the ecrc, saw this and threw the avy gear in the truck. Left work around ten to this Click image for larger version.

FKNA to Internet enabling! Way to score it t-the-east! I think I missed the window this time though, but some good skier compaction and more winter coming lets me believe my day will come, just not tomorrow after all...

Yes! It couldn't have been better timing. Don't quote me on them not opening again tomorrow. I hope they do, I'm still heading up in the morning for a bit before work, and I'll bring the gear again. Either way, the whole place is skiing incredible!

LOL a girl on facebook... "Slides may have been Silver but the pistes were GOLD."

I agree, good to get some tracks in there for stability.

Seems like the next few days are up in the air. If I get something I'll share.

Currently 39.6`bob and windy, low of 38.7` and a high of 42.5` after 11 pm. Yesterdays high here was 54`. Being windward overnight I lost a good 9" of snow last night and a total of 16" since yesterday morning. Get out today to enjoy the soft snow before it locks up tonight. Weekend snow should sit nicely on our new base layer, come on March storms!

Nice job with the slides, looks like fun.

I don't know how anyone can ski with Rog, watching paint dry would be easier on the eyes than witnessing him take 750 noodle turns down a 300 ft slope.

I believe those are more properly described as "porpoise turns."

Yes, I do watch friends as they ski. Sorry no footage, I use my GoPro for the less serious things in life like cats doing backflips and dogs chasing their tails, the business of skiing is far too serious of a subject matter.

The small size of that mirrorless A7 must be nice when carting it around in the woods. I'm finding out that my Canon t3i can be a bit bulky. Although the collection of lenses I drag along doesn't help either .

Aim for the chopping block. If you aim for the wood, you will have nothing. Aim past the wood, aim through the wood.</p>
