there has to be a better name than Treat, that is a stupid name. Treat? Even if the glade sucked it would deserve a better name
and while not secret for the most part, are we really naming unmarked glades on the internet? I am channeling Bumpskier.

I know getting the map changed is not exactly a top priority but I've said it before and I'll say it again. If we want draw in a few more guests based on our many and varied glades, we should probably have more than three on the map. Crystal Ball, for one, is meant to be low-hanging fruit that anyone can see from the lift and then ski it on the way back.

I can't believe how good last years projects turned out. I know I didn't get a chance to participate, but the east side glades are awesome. Treat, Crystal Ball, along with a few others have been super fun. RG's secret stash, incredible. Even stuff like Rabit Hole and White Tiger and now full blown glades rather than sketchy single track runs. Let me know the dates of the camping trip and I'll be there.

Yeah man, it's just about the best investment we can make. It pays out huge dividends when we need them the most.


Also I am not a big fan of the name Treat either, but sheeeeit- nobody gives a fuck until it's something they don't like. Lol. Get proactive or stfd motherfuckers!


I've got some great project ideas for sure. Couple low hanging fruit options, and just a few ideas on new areas to help the trees flow a little better when you're trying to do top to bottom tree runs. Just seeing how heavily everything got skied this year makes me feel like it should really be a priority to add more, and in smart ways. I fully expect the next trail map iteration to have a bunch of tree areas added and that's a great thing too IMO. It makes me so warm and fuzzy to think about all the stuff we've accomplished in the past few years in terms of tree skiing. It's a whole new world out there. Cheers to that!

Nah, those will likely never be disclosed. BSW maybe someday but who gives a fuck? It gets skied hard and it's a gigantic area that's underutilized. It would be 6x the size it is now by the time that would happen *if* it ever did. Also WT is nothing to kill a man over IMO- if you're skiing 'that one below it', you can't not know it's there and it too could stand for some more options. Lots of stuff nearby these areas too, so I spend less time worrying about who gets what or what will be disclosed someday and more time worrying about how we can make everything we have to work with better. People are gonna ski it no mater what.


I take that back though- the one thing I do worry about is Upper Red and asshole Joeys poaching the shit out of it. Motherfuckers have been skiing it left and right and it fucking pisses me off like nothing else anywhere. This summer it's getting FENCED THE FUCK OFF if I have to steal the fencing myself.

Personally my favorite is WK.

I have been yelling at anyone I see skiing the top of red. I mean, on the entire mountain there are 800 sq. ft. that you can't ski on. I think it's reasonable to expect people to honor that request.

Will you guys be posting here when you plan to do tree work? Even if it is just a few people please post, if I have the time I would love to come up and do my part. I have plenty of tree trimming toys.
