    Someone I work with seems to think that whistler is the only place you can ski in BC. We were talking about central/northern BC. "They're are ski areas up there?" Nope they're aren't never go there.

    This dude I used to work with who was from Colorado and a "skier" didn't believe me when I told him that on average treeline is lower the further north you go. I was like where's treeline in Colorado, 8 or 9 k. Here it's 5 or 6. Alaska it's a little bit above sea level. Couldn't convince him.
