I've been trying to figure out why people seem to talk so highly of fall fishing. For me lately it's been sparse hatches and little activity. Finally had a really good day. Good hatch and the fish were going for streamers too.

^^^^ For me its the streamer fishing that turns on so well in the fall. Territorial spawning fish that are fattening up and on the hunt. Those pics are a pretty damn good depiction of it!! nice work

Put a couple of spawned out Coho on the shore with my 4wt as well,

OK, e.e. cummings, you're not seeing the irony of gently teasing someone who has harshed the mellow of other people's fishing threads. I was relieved to see he was as falible as the rest of us, really. Perhaps I've got him confused with another codpiece avatar. Furthermore, Mr. cummings, have I once bugged you about the total lack of punctuation, meter and rhyme in your poetry? No I have not.

^^^boats still in dj sounds like high pressure next week
and yesterdays tour outa b right on was as character building and as gear harshening as i thought a sub 2' base was gonna b
