Not sure how I can get them to you before the weekend, but I'm sure we can figure something out.
All I know is that they are 8mm in length with a course thread. Guess I should call around and see if anyone has a screw kit.

Edit, looks like it is a #8, 18 thread, 8mm length, with a phillips head, but I'll take any head I can get.

FYI - Fastenal only has 26,000 screws so you guys dicks are like 1,000 times bigger.

It was way better than the other garbage they've done lately, even if a little uneven at times. Not too much jibby stuff. A lot of "earn your turns" rhetoric followed by "then we jumped in the heli".

Saw one magic mountain maggot that has retired into lurkerdom. That said, he was never the best skier on the mountain anyway

Anyone got any skinny all mountain type of skis lying around? A buddy mentioned wanting to get something when he heard the season was starting.
I might. I have a pair of pretty minty BD Kilowats for a couple years back. Drilled twice, inserts for Dynafits that will not come out. My quiver expanded and could use a little thinning.
I demoed the TECH TALK JONG! pro model this spring and their performance was unparalleled which is good because I ski in a wedge most of the time - bendtheski, 2011

    I bet you would!

Nice though- I'll call them and get on that. 8 of those each side and a button head for the 9th underfoot on the switch, right? Where's Jondrums when you need him!?!?

Ugh, this newspaper is so useless I question why I still read it:

    http://www.burlingtonfreepress.com/v...their-own-runs

They fail to mention that 95% + of GoPro vids on youtube are just beginners/intermediates gaping their way back to the lift.

DeeDub, what are the specs on that button head , I think I lost one to the Shop Vac. Maybe carry a spare one in yer pocket until we see each other under a TC Cloud.

Wow, the pictures or the GoPros on that skier in that article are terribly photoshopped as well. Add to the fact that it seems to be aimed at the Hermitage Club at Haystack Mountain crowd and the content does not surprise me.

I have a GoPro basic, one of the non-high def originals (do you want to touch me?). I only took it out when conditions appropriate. It only took a year before everyone had a "better" on their heads all the time. I stopped wearing mine.

I don't know exactly what their specs are, that's why I asked- but I do remember the underfoot screw being different- but whatever they are I will get an extra pair for you and hold onto them until my life stops sucking and I can see Manny with my own eyes again.

I think it is a 10mm button head. Which I think is the same as the heel screws on Dynafits.

Look on the bright side, we could be bickering....

From Gary ME "THE LATEST MODELS ARE STILL HINTING AT THE POSSIBILITY OF A COASTAL STORM LATER TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY...BUT CONFIDENCE ON THIS OCCURRING IS VERY LOW AT THIS TIME."

Looks like I'm going to have to cancel those Thanksgiving plans... I guess it wouldn't technically be a lie to say, "I can't make it due to the snow".

My plan was definitely about getting the four free tickets they were giving away in NYC. And sure, I'd rather see a Meatheads or TGR or PoorBoyz film. But it was kind of special seeing ski stoke for me this year. I've got no time to storm chase. No time for TGR. It's been a rough fall. But seeing people really get excited about snow on the big screen was more meaningful in a weird way than it usually is, and any excuse to raise a beer I guess.

The last thing I'll say about the film is you missed the part where Julia Mancuso actually rips the shit out of a line in Iceland. That, and if you can't have Warren himself narrate.... Jonny Mosely wasn't a bad second. But I'll take the WME fanboy stuff somewhere else.

And, maybe see you at the Bush though with the free ticket later on!

NOAA is calling for a couple inches for Jay over the weekend. Will be interested to see just how much snow is left and if it is still a base or not. Looks like next week has more potential. Going up this weekend to pickup the pass at Jay, move into the seasons rental, and do some skiing.

SYNOPTIC PATTERN LOADS UP FOR POTENTIAL COASTAL STORM SOMETIME
TUESDAY-THURSDAY TIME FRAME WITH DIGGING NRN STREAM TROUGH...STRONG
LOW-LEVEL BAROCLINICITY ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY INTO THE
MID-ATLANTIC REGION...AND A VIGOROUS SOUTHERN STREAM WAVE ACROSS
THE SRN GREAT PLAINS INTO THE SERN CONUS THAT WOULD POTENTIALLY
TAP RICH GULF MOISTURE. THE TRANSLATION OF THE SRN STREAM TROUGH
WILL BE THE KEY. AT THIS POINT...NRN AND SRN STREAM UPR TROUGHS
REMAIN DISTINCTLY OUT OF PHASE TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY IN
THE 00Z ECMWF ALLOWING FOR A WEAKER COASTAL LOW WHICH DOESN`T
BRING MUCH PRECIPITATION INTO THE NORTH COUNTRY. THE OPERATIONAL
00Z GFS IS ALSO UNPHASED WITH THE UPR TROUGHS WITH SFC LOW PASSING
WELL OUT TO SEA...BUT ALSO ABOUT 24 HOURS SLOWER. THE TIMING
UNCERTAINTIES SUGGEST THE VERDICT IS STILL OUT ON HOW THINGS MIGHT
PLAY OUT LEADING INTO BUSY HOLIDAY TRAVEL PERIOD. INDEED SOME 00Z
GFS ENSEMBLE MEMBERS INDICATE A STRONG COASTAL SYSTEM AFFECTING
THE NORTH COUNTRY WITH WINTRY PCPN TUE NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. 3 GFS
ENSEMBLE MEMBERS HAVE SFC LOWS OF 979MB...981MB...AND 981MB
EXITING NEWD ACROSS MAINE/NEW BRUNSWICK AT 00Z THURSDAY. GENERALLY
CARRYING LOW POPS (20-30 PERCENT) TUE- WED UNTIL A BETTER
CONSENSUS EMERGES CONCERNING TIMING AND ANY POTENTIAL TROUGH
PHASING WITHIN FAVORABLE LARGE-SCALE PATTERN FOR EAST COAST
CYCLOGENESIS. TEMPS LIKELY MODERATE SLIGHTLY INTO THE LOW 30S FOR
    HIGHS TUE-WED.

Amen! That whole segment was a nice surprise. All of trio showed up with great runs and fun spirit.

Johnny gets it. It's supposed to be about stoke and fun; delivered, imho. His skier segment in "Fifty"* was pretty cool too.
