    Looks like MTW is getting some pretty strong upslope snow.

    Anyone seen Jay since this thaw? Did any natural snow make it through?

    And more snow in the forecast for the coming weekend. Winter 2.0 for 2013 appears to be ramping up. I like it.

    the sutton webcam at ~2600 feet was pow-tastic after the snow, green grass after the rain.

    Yo mags, I went to check out WM on Saturday. Sold out. Waited outside trying to scalp a ticket but no luck. Finally, the promoter wandered out and took pity on a few of us skiers that wanted to see it and let us in. No freebies of any kind, just the movie. Totally worth it. It was way better than the other garbage they've done lately, even if a little uneven at times. Not too much jibby stuff. A lot of "earn your turns" rhetoric followed by "then we jumped in the heli".

    Saw one magic mountain maggot that has retired into lurkerdom. That said, he was never the best skier on the mountain anyway

    Anyone got any skinny all mountain type of skis lying around? A buddy mentioned wanting to get something when he heard the season was starting.

    Goniff and I went to the WM film last Thursday. $23 got us a voucher for a non-holiday Sugarbush ticket and entry into the theater. We left at intermission. It didn't do anything for me.

    Anyone in Boston or NE have a set of Duke screws (not for inserts)? Just bought a pair off gear swap and the screw pack was lost out of one of the holes in the box in transit. Will send / give beer money. Trying to get a pair of skis mounted for the weekend.

    If you can get me an exact list I can source them for you this afternoon, my fastener guy has I believe 51 million screws in stock and has never let me down yet.

    Not sure how I can get them to you before the weekend, but I'm sure we can figure something out.
