So that attack was recognisable as the standard marketing ploy for when you actualy got SFA, even tho you worked on that one for awhile it doesn't really fool anybody, so does this mean we have we quit talking about the watches/ferraris/your alma mater/wife fucking ?
You haven't quit talking about the job BUT even if like yer work ...its still cocksucking
You need tuk tuk mister? Motorbike? Suk Suk?
I wasn't saying it's enough, or liquid, or Unicorn poop. It IS "six figures," however.
The frightening part of that stat is that it's the average, that means oodles of people with far less than that. No wonder the "Reverse mortgage" scam is so commonplace. Shit, I had to talk my Mom out of it and she doesn't need the money.
you wan fuckedity fuckedity fuck fuck fuck fuck?
My favorite one so far was this female tout in Bali in Poppies:
You want massage pak?, cheap price
No thanks
You want SEXY massage pak? (with both eye browse arched and big grin missing teeth)
Oh Asia.![]()
at least they don't call you bencong
Heh. The "Why you no fuck me tonight" was a hooker at one of the clubs (the one to the right of bounty I think, that always has a gaggle of working girls off the dance floor) who walked up as I was leaving, grabbed my crotch/thigh, and said that.
Probably both but consider if you can make it pay isn't that a pretty good ploy from a marketing perspective and I mean to say look stupid and win and I did win cuz I no worky in 7 years SO I just go skiing while you spend the day ... sucking cock
but let us examine the concept of stupid "Stupid is as stupid does" to quote Forrest which begs the question what the hell did that quote mean, since I admit I am stupid I was never sure so google is your friend eh?
you get all kinds of answers from if "you are stupid you do stupid things" to "an intellegent person who does stupid things is still stupid" so since tactics would dictate I should continue to attack ... where do you fit ?
if we go on the premise that this is a ski forum as opposed to a "look at my watch I suck bigger cocks than you " the act of skiing to be the best ski bum you can be whatever that is ... is more highly valued than sucking a lot of cocks or sucking bigger cocks or even cocks that cost more money
So here you come on a ski forum and talk about your cock sucking like it was really cool, call me stupid but I don't think you look real smart at this point, I think you would be smarter to try pitching this on a cocksucking forum, IMO this is a classic case of a smart person doing a stupid thing ?
How about the common southern phrase "beauty is as beauty does" the notion of judging someone on their actions as opposed to superficial appearance?
but WTF do I know cuz I'm stupid eh....
If Benny's numbers are correct then that's scary shit. Coming from a family of savers, the "pay yourself rule" has been a motto for lots of years, and things are starting to pan out nicely as an early retirement could be in the cards, although with enjoying the shit out of what I do, maybe just hang for a while.
My ex, on the other hand (one of the reasons she the ex), never saw a loan or home equity note she didn't like, and now, at age 59, has to (try) to sell her house (that was given to her), as she can't afford the two home equity notes on it, and can hardly keep the taxes current even though I had been giving her $2k / month in child support for 15 years that never got spent on the kids.
With the changes in Social Security that are bound to be coming, there could be some really bad times for those who continue the live-for-today philosophy.
Ya I got the titanium wrist band which makes me look cool an it cost more so its gotta be better eh, but I probably should have got the plastic band that will buckle to any size over a soft shell or whatever I am wearing, one thing with the solar powered watch in the north with no sunlight having the watch covered by clothing in winter is I get low power messages so sometimes I just leave it out on the deck pointed at the sky
Hey BM it sounds like you read "the wealthy barber" mayeb yer not so silly after all but I thot a guy like you would be reading "the wealthly hair stylist"?
But you know the problem with early retirement is that you are looking at total reinvention of self so people who are habituated to turning up somewhere every morning did not develop the coping mechanisms to suddenly have nothing going on ... like a ski bum
which is why I embrace my inner ski bum even tho I could afford to just sit here all day and give you a rough time
Back to watches. What do you guys think about Hamilton Chronographs with Automatic Swiss movements? They look really nice and seem to be a a good value?

I know it is a big face but my Suunto core is actually bigger and at 46 my eyesight is starting to require straining at small print.

Hamilton's are fine. There's a lot of fully acceptable mechanical movements that get put into mid-range watches. You know that this one is "backwards" with the winder on the left, right? That's fine if you wear on your right arm, not so much on left.
It's a 46 face, which is on the larger side of normal, but it's not close to some of the Falva Flave stuff available.
Wow , I didn't notice that . Thanks

dude, SS, on average right now, is about 17 grand a year, maybe less. I repeat, 17 grand. And thats all half of unemployed Boomers will have. The arguments that people are using right now to reduce that are absurd, especially since those people contributed to it all of their lives. I mean, maybe pollyasshat here, but, find some way else to save money. Don't stave old people. They'll be starving anyway.
Concurred - agreed we're in Pollyasshat, but I get annoyed when something that I've contributed to all my life is called an "entitlement". At 70 my SS would be about 36k, so that, combined with a moderate pension from job #1 would be about half I'd want to live comfortably on. People who see SS as their primary input look to be screwed, or they expect top be Wal-Mart greeters the rest of their lives.
Rolexs are well made, with an excellent crystal unscratchable lens, and for what they charge for.the silly things they should be. While not "blingy" in their own right (unless it's some diamond encrusted President model), they've acquired an 'implied blingyness' that I don't find becoming.
My dad gave me his old Mathey-Tissot Seamaster (I THIMK it was seamaster) when I graduated from college..a gift I relished more than if it was a brand new watch. It was an incredibly well-crafted Swiss watch with the body basically out of some solid alloy. It was an auto wind. It was heavy as fuck...but a good heaviness...like a pair of Steiner or Fujinon binoculars.
It fell off my wrist traversing a glacier near Palmer...and I'd probably still there somewhere....I backtracked once I noticed it missing, to no avail.
Damn I miss that watch...by far the best watch I ever had. Mathey-Tissot is not to be confused with the less worthy Tissot.
Rolex wouldn't be a bad watch if so many pompous jackasses wouldn't where them.

has anyone ever heard of the date magnifier coming off a crystal? I went to check the date and couldn't see it and thought there was a magnifier over it. I look online and there is one on the watches shown. Does this require an entirely new crystal?
i could ask a jeweler but figured i start with you dentists
