We've had a bit of rain lately. Here in my part of Ontario, our best singletrack is either closed for the season or, for the next two weeks, being patrolled by people with guns. This ride was the best option.
Ontario? my bad. i actually like people from that part of canaduh.

^ Awesome, Buttahflake. That should be our provincial anthem.

I'm glad I swapped the mower deck for the snow plow on the tractor.
Hey Rog looking like Killington might be the better call? What ya think? Any word on? . . . you know. Fingers crossed.

Where: Rivalries, 10 Cotton St Portland Maine

How Much? Tickets are $10 and will be available at Allspeed Cyclery & Snow or at the door the night of the event if any tickets are left.

Why? Because it's a solid ski film and it support's a great cause - WinterKids - an organization that helps get kids on snow.

Gah, I hope nobody thinks I'm trying to stoke snipe or something with the stoke only thread. Ideally all cool pics, etc. would be posted in both places and the ECRC would be where people would actually discuss stuff, while the stoke only would be... Well... Stoke only. Kind of like a stoke cliff notes to the ECRC if you will. Less talk, more action- all the way.

Certainly not trying to pull any stoke away from the ECRC though, just trying to provide a service in creating a drama-free place to get your stoke overload in 1/10th the time when you need a stoke-pick-me-up and you're short on time.

Here is one of the notch for you LD. This storm coming through could make for some great turns on top of what is already there.

I'll be at K'ton with a buddy from Portand/Park City who happens to be in town this week. I'll be in a green FlyLow puffy on tele gear.

Sorry, tc - meant that to be for BD.

Moueghoul- yeah looking nice. But not skiing as nice as it looks. Some really nice turns can be had though.

Peruvian- We will be up there. Look for beards, bright red pants on me, and a brindle colored dog. Probably a lap on sterling then one on madonna if it pans out with the snow. Smuggs doesnt get a ton of skin traffic, so wont be hard to meet up.

at this time, i'm goin with t2b, way less crowds, and closer to home (york). if k-ton gets 3-6 and the riv gets 1-3 i won't be bummed about being at the riv. i mean i't's not like i'd be skiing off the manmade anyway. another thing, shop rats ski at the riv for 15 bux, k-ton wants more than double that from us.

i'll be with the lady. lemmeno what you decide to do. we'll probably ski from 10-ish to 2-ish, drink a beer or 3 and hit the road.

kickass mtb ride this am at stratham alps. 32 degrees rock hard one track leaf blown trails. these are the riding conditions i wait all summer for. the new trails there are riding REALLY well. time to pack the ski and surf stuff for the next 2 days.

    the season is HERE!!!

Just an idea. Call me greedy I like snow - more the better. T2B turn for the burn sounds ok with me provided gear arrives today! Otherwise might have to sit this one out.

Just bustin balls dude. Making fun of my short attention span and laziness. But I also like all the bs and the banter. Reminds me of the hockey locker rooms I grew up in and tree crews I used to work with. Truly unique to the east coast. All in good fun. Post whereever the f*ck you like. Hahaha. FKNA it feels like winter and its gunna snow! Woot!

Getting the snows put on now...

Still have to come up with a good excuse to run by the wife, but it looks like they may be useful tomorrow. Will look for mags at Kton. I'll be in a gray Cloudveil with brown Gotamas... Ye haw!
