    Great pics in here so far

    Here are my entries:

    -5 Alpenglow (-12 on the summit with a bit of a breeze) -


    Night time snow storm (1.3 sec exposure using yard light for illumination) -


    With some wind and extra flash (2 sec exposure with illuminating flash) -

    That's a sweet shot. Evaporative rime ice.
    When I lived over that way, occasionally when the lake was still unfrozen, during sub-zero cold snaps a cloud bank would form about 200-300 ft above the lake and just hang there. Perfectly clear everywhere else. Would have been a pretty cool shot given a good vantage point.

    Edit: Like this shot of yours above but with blue sky and the ADKs behind the low cloud bank.
