    Snow guns going at Nakiska.

Web cam at GAH is looking nice!

Rain is pounding on the roof here in Kimberley, just need the temps to drop another few degrees and it will be snow.

Kootenay Pass cam only looks foggy, was hoping it would be snowing.

Apparently it was snowing a fair bit on the Icefields Parkway today.

    This event looks interesting: http://www.facebook.com/#!/event.php...94196517273796

Thanks for the heads up - it struck me as odd that they advertised it as being for young skiers but are holding it in an over 18s venue.

I tried a proper hand type rail last year...it fucking hurt but I learned 2 things that day.....
    I learned that:
1 - I have no desire to try again
and 2 - it is fucking amazing how fast your legs can come out from under you.

There was a good bit of fresh snow on the icefields parkway today - shin deep in spots and still falling when I left. Someone should go skiing (make up for the fact that I was just hiking). I'll post a couple pics tonight.

Just so you know the local lingo, it's called the Wiwaxy 500. WROD is soooo a CO/CA saying.
