This can not be good. Bomber related.

Anyone else ever see this or have it happen to them?

I've got maybe 75 days on them, mostly inbounds and few days goofing off on the hits in the park. It is happing to both bindings.

    The edge is peeled up.

Nope- I have ripped a pair out of the ski before, but nothing that resembles that. I will take a look tonight though. Me = 6'4" / 205# running XR's

Does it impede the cartridge from moving? What size boot/ model you running?

Well, that's I found it. I tore out 2 screws, so I tore them down to clean them up repair, ect. I didn't notice it while skiing, but with the springs out I could feel them hang up ever-so slightly.

Bomber will do an off season service for free. Maybe send them in. They'll fix any problem areas and grease them up.

As stated above, call Fin or Michelle. They'll sort you out.

In any case, if you're ever really in this situation make sure you at least bargain in a couple of fluffers.
